Decorators’ Rules

Please read carefully
  1. No nailing on the walls
  2. No electrical connection to the sockets without the knowledge of Somasy Manager.
  3. All such connection of electrical gadgets must have a functional plug.
  4. Decoration items should be kept in a safe distance away from the sensor door in order to provent damages to the door.
  5. Bulky items to be conveyed from the offloading point outside to the hall by not less than Two Persons in order to prevent damages to the wall paint etc.
  6. Items must be offloaded away from the flowers at the entrance to the hall Somasy security personnel will provide needed support on this.
  7. No electrical gadgets (lights switch, Air Conditioners, sound systems) should be operated without the consent and approval of Somasy Manager.
  8. Requests for overnight decoration to be made not loss than for 7 days to the event date. Details of personnel and scopes of work to be shared as well.
  9. No nailing or clipping on the stage board.

These rules are basically to help us serve you better in a safe, clean and environmentally friendly manner.

Failure to comply to above stated rules shall attract consequence management.
